The MO Deferred Comp Plan is working hard to ensure we are meeting your retirement savings needs. Help us better serve you by providing valuable feedback in our short survey! The survey will be open until Friday, September 23rd. In just ten minutes, you can make a lasting effect on our education and outreach strategies.

- Retirement Awareness Survey - active employees age 35 and under
- Retirement Readiness Survey - active employees 36 and older
- Retirement Survey - those retired from state employment
What's in it for you?
Those who complete the short Retirement & Savings Survey will be entered into a random prize drawing. For each survey, two grand prize winners will receive a $25 Amazon.com gift card, two other winners will receive a large prize package consisting of various deferred comp gear, and four other lucky participants will be awarded one of the following: deferred comp portable stool, backpack, cutting board, t-shirt, cooler and more.*
*Participation in the MO Deferred Comp Plan isn't required to win, but you must be a current or past state of Missouri employee to be entered into the random prize drawing. Prizes will be randomly handed out upon MO Deferred Comp's discretion.
