2021 Financial Wellness Survey Results

The results are in! We want to thank everyone who participated in our 2021 Financial Wellness Survey. Your feedback will provide us valuable insights on how state employees are doing financially and will help us improve our outreach efforts.

The survey was sent to two segments of state of Missouri employees; both active and eligible employees, and terminated employees (retirees) over the age of 55. With over 7,900 responses, of which have proven to be very insightful, the survey will aid the plan in expanding its education efforts to help improve retirement preparedness, financial knowledge and the confidence level of state employees to achieve or maintain a comfortable retirement.

As a thank you to those who participated, 26 randomly selected survey participants were awarded prizes. The grand prize winners received a $25 Amazon.com gift card and each additional winner won one of the following items: deferred comp cooler, backpack, cutting board, director’s chair, t-shirt or bag.
