Our education specialists conduct FREE seminars and one-on-one consultations throughout the year at numerous locations across the state. With over 50 years of combined service with the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan, their experience, knowledge and dedication to serving you are what help make the deferred compensation plan a valuable employee benefit. Education specialists do NOT earn commissions on the money you contribute to the deferred comp plan or the investment options you choose.

Don Wilson, CFP®, serves the central and south-central portion of the state. He is also the education specialist for the following Cole County agencies:
- Attorney General
- Dept of Agriculture
- House of Representatives
- Lt Governor
- Mental Health
- Public Defender
- Secretary of State
Callie Simmons is the education specialist for the west and north central portion of the state, as well as for the following Cole County agencies:
- Dept of Health
- Higher Education
- Social Services
The following Cole County agencies, as well as the northeast and east central portion of the state are currently vacant.

Dale Rippelmeyer is a part-time education specialist for the St. Louis area and the southeast portion of the state.
Ronda Peterson is the education specialist for the southwest portion of the state.
