Our education specialists conduct FREE seminars and one-on-one consultations throughout the year at numerous locations across the state. With more than 65 years of combined service with the State of Missouri Deferred Compensation Plan, their experience, knowledge and dedication to serving you are what help make the deferred compensation plan a valuable employee benefit. Education specialists do NOT earn commissions on the money you contribute to the deferred comp plan or the investment options you choose.

Don Wilson, CFP®, serves the central and south-central portion of the state. He is also the education specialist for the following Cole County agencies:
- Attorney General
- Dept of Agriculture
- House of Representatives
- Lt Governor
- Mental Health
- Public Defender
- Secretary of State
Callie Simmons is the education specialist for the west and north central portion of the state, as well as for the following Cole County agencies:
- Dept of Health
- Higher Education
- Social Services
Hannah Wells serves Cole County, as well as the northeast and east central portion of the state. She is also the education specialist for the following Cole County agencies:
- Dept of Insurance
- Economic Development
- Lincoln University
- Public Safety
- State Auditor
Dale Rippelmeyer is the education specialist for St. Louis area and the south east portion of the state.
Ronda Peterson is the education specialist for the southwest portion of the state and is temporarily filling in for Deborah Taylor.
Deborah Taylor, CLU, ChFC, is the education specialist for the southwest portion of the state. The southwest portion of the state is temporarily being covered by Ronda Peterson.
David Gibson is the education specialist for the northwest portion of the state.
